Nested rate derivation (Pricing Engine)
Implement nested rate derivation in the Pricing Engine. Allow setting a parent rate from which other rates (non-refundable, single, long-stay) automatically derive via percentage or fixed amount offsets.

This is a big one and it's going on the roadmap. The idea is exactly yours, Juan Carlos: a parent rate, and children derived from it by a fixed amount or a percentage, recalculated automatically. Johannes - reliability is the whole point, we're building it to update the full tree in one go or not at all.
