Stop selling beds for tonight after reception closes
Reception here is unmanned after 20:00, but the OTAs will still sell a bed for tonight at 23:30. Guest arrives, nobody there, and we get the review for it. Can we set a time in the evening after which today just stops selling? Everywhere, not one channel at a time.

Jonas FairchildcommentedAugust 22, 2026Nearly there. It works, but in testing the close-out was going out later than the cutoff itself, sometimes by half an hour. It isn't really a cutoff if it's late, so we're tightening that before it ships. Not much longer.

Started on this. You'll set your property's timezone and a cutoff time in the Pricing tab, and once it passes we close tonight across every channel you're on, not just one. Johannes, that means nobody has to remember at 8pm any more.

Noted, both of you. Sarah, the timezone part is honestly the bigger job. We don't reliably know each property's local time right now, so "8pm" would mean something different in every city. That has to be sorted first or the cutoff doesn't mean anything.

We close it by hand every night. Works until the one night somebody forgets.
